I was born a city boy on the east coast and then relocated to the small town of Prineville in Central Oregon. Prineville, the “Ville”, was not a place known for big dream aspirations, as not a lot of people make it out of the town. But I wanted something more, and with hard work I received a Division I football scholarship from Oregon State University.

 

Adversity struck again in the form of two ACL tears, effectively ending my senior season. Instead of dwelling, I turned my situation into a challenge. My focus shifted from success on the field to success in the broadcast booth. After graduation I pursued a career in sports broadcasting, leading to my first job at 247 sports as a “Football Analyst” creating on-camera content. From there I worked as an on air TV personal with NBC Sports Northwest. But I did not remain stagnant. I then flowed with the media landscape and gained experience as a radio personality with 1080TheFan and ESPN Portland. From there, I continued to hone my broadcasting skills and take advantage of any and every opportunity that I could. After months of hard work, I earned a spot at KOIN 6 News in Portland Oregon as a Sports Analyst and Reporter.
